A small collection of privately owned houses — one in the hills above Costa Rica's Pacific coast, one a few steps from the lifts at Copper Mountain. Both are ours. Both are booked directly with us, which is why they cost less here than they do anywhere else.
Three bedrooms, each with its own bath. A pool cut into the hillside, an outdoor kitchen, and ocean on one side with mountains on the other. A 4x4 gets you up the hill.
Two bedrooms, three baths, a wood-burning fireplace and a sunroom facing the mountain. A short walk to the lifts and to everything in Center Village.
Our direct rate runs about 10% under the same dates on Airbnb or VRBO, because there is no platform fee sitting on top of it.
Robert owns both houses and answers the enquiries himself, usually within a day.
